  • Pace THC, Inc is a Florida not-for-profit corporation and owns the property located at 3500 26th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205. 
  • Property Acquisition received verification that Thresa Giles can sign legal documents on behalf of Pace THC, Inc.
  • The Public Works Department needs to expand an existing Permanent Utilities Easement (Official Records Book 711, Page 741) in order to replace the force main originally installed in 1976. This force main is being replaced under the Force Main-Lift Station 33A and Lift Station 36A FM Replacements Capital Improvement Project.
  • The Permanent Utilities Easement, consisting of approximately 725 square feet, lies along the east boundary of the property.
