  • Execution of Contract for Sale and Purchase for a Temporary Construction Easement from FMLJ & B, LLC, for Parcel 702 in the amount of $1,900.00.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125; Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1-9.2 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
  • The Force Main 23A rehabilitation project will replace approximately 900 linear feet of 6" ductile iron pipe and 400 linear feet of 8" ductile iron pipe.
  • A 634 square foot temporary construction easement is required for the project at property located at 5507 14th Street West in Bradenton, Florida.
  • Property owner, FMLJ & B, LLC, has agreed to a negotiated settlement in the amount of  $1,900.00 to grant the easement.
