Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.
Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
  • The Warner Crossing final plat, DTS number 20170494(1), requires an easement for the sewer main. The project number is 17-S-44(F).
  • Said easement is 15,081 square feet.
