Manatee County Annual Report highlights a busy 2021
MANATEE COUNTY, FL (April 12, 2022) – Manatee County Administrator Scott Hopes is inviting all County residents -- and anyone else who is interested -- to check out the 2021 Manatee County Annual Report.

The fact-filled volume focuses on the County’s leadership-driven, community-focused and growth-minded organization and highlights many of the changes and challenges faced throughout 2021.

“I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished,” said Dr. Hopes, pointing to the unrelenting dedication of the 1900-plus Manatee County employees to step-up and do “Work That Matters” through trying pandemic times, red-tide and a narrowly-averted crisis at Piney Point.

The 38-page report contains numerous links to multi-media presentations, and live-data dashboards, proving progress in programming, policy, and operations.

“Find out how Manatee County staff continue to achieve ambitious goals that helped us emerge a stronger, more resilient county,“ said Dr. Hopes, in this video invitation to view the report.
