Manatee’s fourth annual Business Community Outreach expo is July 28

MANATEE COUNTY, FL (July 19, 2016) – Businesses and service vendors from around the area are expected to attend Manatee County’s fourth annual Business Community Outreach meeting next week at the Bradenton Area Convention Center.

The event will be held Thursday, July 28 in the Longboat Key Room of the Convention Center. Representatives from County government will be on hand to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects which local businesses may compete to be a part of.


Last year’s event attracted 100 local vendors and business people.


The meeting will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and special presentations are scheduled throughout the day to give business owners a better understanding of how to competitively bid on local projects. An introduction to doing business with Manatee County will be held at 9 a.m., a presentation on the County’s Business Recovery Directory is at 9:35 a.m. and a roundtable discussion will be held at noon.
