Abstract: This layer depicts development projects that have been entered into the Concurrency database by the Planning Dept's Transportation and Concurrency Planning Division. These projects have made official applications to the County for development and concurrency approval. Not all projects within this layer have been approved by the BOCC. The term 'approval' in this context represents Concurrency approval or the issuance of a CLOS or Certificate of Level of Service, which is required for futher construction to occur.
Purpose: The purpose of this data leyer is to provide a spatial context for development projects throughout the county and to aid the Planning and Transportation Departments in advance planning of intrastructure, roadway, and utility planning.
