Process Step:
Process Description: Steve Simpson from Public Safety oversaw the creation of this layer. GIS Staff, using the SLOSH model, moved boundaries of the layer to coincide with our roads coverage. Moving the boundaries to the closest road expedited the creation of the zones by keeping evacuation assignments above the parcel level.
