Abstract: This data set contains polygons representing a section-township-range grid developed from combination of LABINS grid, certified section corners and existing information. While an improvement over existing Section grid data, these data are considered non-final.
Purpose: New grid developed to fix inconsistencies within previous grid. LABINS grid was clipped to shoreline, so corners, existing grid, and extending of linework was used to "unclip".
Supplemental Information: While an improvement over existing Section grid data, these data are considered non-final. Some errors in the location of section corners (in the original LABINS data) have been noted.
