 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN>This data was also compared (by individual record) with the addresses in Manatee County Property Appraiser\u2019s iasWorld database. Most records were also compared individually with data in the county\u2019s Permitting database, if any existed.<\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN>In addition, some of the discrepancy reports were created by an automated comparison of the addresses in iasWorld with our ADDRESS feature class. After vetting the results, problem addresses from these comparisons were also added to this data.<\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN>The discrepancy reports were reviewed (in spreadsheets) and all non-error records were removed, then each problem record was triaged to determine what type of problem it represented (e.g. parity, out-of-order). The resulting spreadsheet was modified for inclusion in GIS (i.e. multiple addresses separated into separate records) and loaded to this feature class.<\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN>The Manatee County Public Safety GIS staff will continue to add features to this feature class and each record will be dealt with by the Manatee County Address Coordinator and will be updated as a resolution is found.<\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN>Problem addresses within the incorporated municipalities in Manatee County will be handled separately, via email with each city\u2019s Address Coordinator.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
