Abstract: This data set contains polygons representing Manatee County, Florida's Road Benefit Districts, (fka. Impact Fee Collection District) Boundaries of the impact fee zones as approved by the Board of County Commissioners in Feb, 2004, and effective June 19, 2004.
Purpose: To determine the area that impact fees collected will be disbursed to build new infrastructure. This dataset replaces the former ArcInfo coverage collect_dist. Collect_dist will be maintained for historical puposes only and should not be used for impact fee mapping.
