Property Management

Our department consists of the following programs: Building Management, Property Acquisition, Construction Services, Survey, Replacement and Renewal Projects, as well as Records, Sustainability, and Grounds Maintenance.

After months of hard work, Blackstone Park in Palmetto celebrated its grand re-opening in March 2020. The celebration showcased many of the new or improved amenities at the park, including a brand new soccer field, dog park, concession buildings, restroom upgrades, and new signage.
