Cardio Flex Class

The G.T. Bray Recreation Center offers over 30 group fitness classes each week, with something for every interest and fitness level.  Whether you are a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, you are sure to find a class that suits your needs.  Classes are included with a recreation membership, or can be dropped in on for $5/class.
