30th Annual Gulf Coast Games For Life

Manatee County Parks and Natural Resources Department,Gulf Coast Games For Life 2019 in partnership with the Sarasota County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources, and the City of North Port Parks and Recreation, is hosting its 30th Annual Gulf Coast Games For Life.  The Gulf Coast Games For Life Week runs February 2-10, 2019.

The Florida Senior Games Series is a multi-sport event program for adults 50 and over.  The series consists of events throughout Florida leading up to the Florida Senior Games.  There are 16 different activities that participants can choose from in the Gulf Coast Games For Life including bag toss (corn hole), basketball shooting, bocce ball, bowling, cribbage, cycling, golf, horseshoes, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, swimming, table tennis, target shooting, track and field, and volleyball.

Medals are awarded to first, second and third place finishers in each age division.  The top five finishers per age group qualify to participate at the 2019 Florida State Games.  The Florida Senior Games continue to grow and provide fun, fellowship, fitness and competition for Florida's fastest growing age group.

Entry form and payment are due by Friday, January 18, 2019.  Onsite registration will not be permitted.  You may register by mail or online.  A one-time registration fee of $12 entitles each participant to a t-shirt.  There is an additional $3 fee for each event (including your first event).
