In order to maintain COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, the classes are consist of eight or less clients. Clients should contact their probation officer to register. Once the panels have opened to the public, a notice will be posted on the Victim Impact Panel Webpage. The panel is also held at the Traffic Safety Institute at SCF.

The DUI Victim Impact Panel Program is an awareness program for offenders charged with a misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The panel is a non-confrontational presentation, consisting of crime victims, sharing personal stories of how impaired drivers forever changed their lives. Its purpose is to help offenders understand firsthand the trauma, physical pain, emotional suffering and devastation, financial loss, anger and frustration that is commonly experienced by innocent victims and their family members as a result of a DUI-related accident.
