Manatee County has awarded the Centerstone of Bradenton Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to assist in the rehabilitation of the Samoset Community Resource Center, located at 2703 19th St. Ct. East Bradenton, FL 34208.
Centerstone of Bradenton is inviting contractors to bid on the project scope that include rehabilitation of approximately 4,390 SF interior space in an existing 13,000 SF building on the Centerstone Hospital & Addiction Center Campus in Bradenton, FL. Exterior scope includes roof resurface/replacement, replacement of exterior metal panels, painting, minor landscaping, and new fencing.
Bidders to this project must be prepared to comply with all Federal Regulations that apply to the project’s life-cycle, including Davis-Bacon wage rates and Section 3 reporting.

Bid Format
Bids shall be lump sum and completed in accordance with the CSI Division format. Bidders may add supplemental or clarifying information.
