All-Access Pass

ALL-ACCESS PASS

Manatee Libraries and the School District of Manatee County are excited to announce the All Access Pass, an initiative that will help students and families access the vast resources at the public library. The All Access Pass is a partnership between Manatee County Public Library and the school district giving all enrolled K-12 students access to public library resources with their Student ID number.  By removing the physical barrier of coming to the library to get a card we are expanding resources to students in their homes, classrooms, and wherever they need access.

The All Access Pass will allow students to check out books and other material in the library but will also give them access to so much more.

With their Student ID card number, students will be able to access an amazing array of digital resources including one-on-one tutoring with Tutor.com, practicing a foreign language with Mango, researching for projects with multiple databases, and developing computer, career, and literacy skills with LinkedIn Learning. Student ID numbers will also give students access to downloadable eBooks, eAudiobooks, movies, music, and magazines.

Students can also explore interests and hobbies by checking out items from the Library of Things* which includes telescopes, musical instruments, literacy kits, and museum passes, to name just a few things, as well as connect with other students throughout the County in a variety of Kids and Teen programs and groups. *For safety purposes, most items in the Library of Things are available for check out to ages 18 and older. This is a great opportunity for parents to get their library cards too!

If you don’t have your Public Library card yet, you, too can get one and have access to all these resources, just like all our students in Manatee County. We welcome you and look forward to seeing everyone at the Library!
