Pre-Application Conference Waiver

Effective July 1, 2022, Pre-Application Conferences will be waived for the following application types, with the exception of applications being processed through the Rapid Response program:

• Final Site Plan
• Preliminary Site Plan (Administrative Only)
• Preliminary Plat
• Final Plat
• Off-Street Parking Plans
• Changes to Approved Site Plan (Administrative Only)

Applicants will continue to have the ability to request a pre-application conference for the above referenced project types if they feel it will be beneficial to the success of their project. Pre-Application Conference requests can be submitted through Online Services.

Reference: Manatee County Land Development Code Section 312.2 authorizes the Department Director to waive Pre-Application Conferences.
