New Online Payment Process

Effective August 19, 2019

Building and Development Services will be improving the customer's Online experience by implementing a new online payment process. This new process will allow Building and Development Services to verify permit type and fees before being paid. Here is a brief overview of the new process:

  1. Applicant completes Online Services Permit Application
  2. Application will be submitted without payment - A BLD number will be provided.
  3. Permitting Staff will review Application to verify permit type and accurate fees.
  4. Applicant will be notified via email that Permit Application is ready for payment by logging into Online Services.
  5. Once payment is received permit application is processed for application acceptance.

Building and Development Services will continue to provide updates of this new process.

This new process excludes all Express Permit Applications.
