On August 5, Lasting Manatee (CDBG-DR) had the pleasure of updating our Board of County Commissioners with having reached multiple milestones in the Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery's administrative timeline.

With great excitement, we announced that we have received our signed Action Plan Grant Agreement from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As we wait for this document to be executed by our Board, and then by HUD, we are continuing to write the policy manuals for the coming Programs. The next phase will be launching our planned Programs once the policies are fully published.
