Michele Davis, Manatee County’s Grant Division Manager and a driving force behind Lasting Manatee, delivered a briefing to the Board of County Commissioners on March 25, 2025, sharing updates from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), such as their update of program administration guidelines for all Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grantees.
