Manatee County is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to prepare an Annual Action Plan that describes how the County will allocate Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds to meet the needs of low- and moderate-income residents. Manatee County has prepared a summary of Substantial Amendments to the 2023-2027 Consolidated Plan and the 2019/20, 2023/24 & 2024/25 Annual Action Plans to describe changes to projects initially approved for shelter rehabilitation, rental assistance, and affordable housing development.
