Manatee County internships provide a range of opportunities for those who want to learn about public sector employment. We pride ourselves in giving our interns the resources they need to succeed in our County and have an unsurpassed learning experience. 

Our Internship includes:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old or age 16 with parental consent.
  • Currently seeking a diploma or degree through an accredited secondary or post-secondary educational program. 
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to successfully complete an interview and pass a background check.
  • Can work a maximum of 27 hours per week during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), unless otherwise stated in the job description.
