Personal Training

The G.T. Bray Recreation Center offers Personal Training, which provides guidance and assistance with your individual workouts by creating a personalized fitness regimen tailored to meet your goals.  The Certified Personal Trainers provide motivation, education, support, and guidance for all ages and fitness levels and will coach you through your workouts to ensure that you exercise at your full potential.

Personal Training services are offered to individuals who are currently members of the Recreation Center.  In an effort to provide an effective and affordable option for everyone, we offer both one-on-one and small group training.

Sessions for 1 or 2 participants:

$30/30 minutes
$50/60 minutes

Sessions for 3-5 participants:
$60/60 minutes

Meet the Trainer - Preston

Preston Higdon Preston Higdon holds a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Administration and Nutrition from the University of Charleston, WV.  He is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA (International Sports Science Association) and a former collegiate athlete.  Preston is committed to changing lives through functional fitness for all ages and skill levels.  His passion and expertise include sports performance, total body conditioning, core strengthening, and balance and mobility training.   He likes to remind his clients that, "Where there's a will, there's a way!"

 

Meet the Trainer - Molly

Molly WhiteMolly White holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Master’s degree in Education from Bowling Green State University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Cooper Institute and WITS (World Instructor Training Schools). Molly enjoys showing her clients how to keep the balance of fun, yet challenging exercises, enabling each session to be educational and enjoyable.
