Do you enjoy writing nature poetry? Are you interested in taking part in a literary community project? To celebrate National Poetry Month, we are accepting submissions for our Poet-Tree Project! The Poet-Tree, a tree decorated with poems as ornaments, will be exhibited at the NEST at Robinson Preserve during Open House hours for the month of April. Learn more about the Poet-Tree Project.

Manatee County’s parks, preserves, and beaches offer visitors many wonderful opportunities to capture spectacular photographs. During the month of January, photographers may submit up to ten images to the Challenge. The top photos will be featured in a gallery presentation. Learn more about the Photography Challenge.
Robinson Preserve Mosaic NEST - February 25, 2023
Manatee FITFest is a showcase of the healthy living options within Manatee County while enjoying being outdoors in a favorite local park. This day is all about community: bringing together a bootcamp, a 5K run/walk, yoga, and guided meditation. Following the mainstage events, you can choose your own adventure by partaking in other scheduled workshops like hooping, paddleboard, and more. Learn more about FITFest.
Robinson Preserve
This annual race offers runners one of the most scenic courses in Florida. Both the 5K and 10K traverse through beautiful Robinson Preserve and end with a spectacular sunset and after-party.
