Execution of First Amendment to the Contract for Purchase for a Warranty Deed from James L. Bear and Jane R. Bear to modify extended possession to 94 days.
Chapters 125 and 127, Florida Statutes, Comprehensive Plan, Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasted vehicular demands.
The capital improvement plan for the 44th Avenue East Road Right of Way Improvement Project was originally approved during the fiscal year of 1994/1995 on February 25, 1994. This project was re-approved during the fiscal year of 2009/2010 on September 15, 2009, with Resolution R-09-219.
On June 18, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners executed the Contract for Purchase for a Warranty Deed with extended possession for 90 days with James L. Bear and Jane R. Bear, and the closing of this transaction was held June 18, 2013.
The Bear's have requested an extension for possession for an additional 4 days. The extended possession shall terminate October 1, 2013.
