Accept and Record Warranty Deed from Mary Fulford Green Trustee of the Mary Fulford Green Living Trust dated June 26, 2002, as amended and restated January 24, 2013, for Parcel 106 for road improvements; Record Affidavit from Mary Fulford Green Trustee of the Mary Fulford Green Living Trust dated June 26, 2002, as amended and restated January 24, 2013.



Enabling/Regulating Authority
Chapters 125 and 127, Florida Statutes, Comprehensive Plan, Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasted vehicular demands.

Background Discussion

The capital improvement plan for the 44th Avenue East Road Right of Way Improvement Project was originally approved during the fiscal year of 1994/1995 on February 25, 1994. This project was re-approved during the fiscal year of  2009/2010 on September 15, 2009, with Resolution R-09-219.

On July 30, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners executed the Contract for Purchase for a Warranty Deed with Mary Fulford Green, unmarried, individually and as Trustee of the Mary Fulford Green Living Trust dated June 26, 2002, as amended and restated January 24, 2013, and the closing of this transaction was held September 11, 2013.
