MANATEE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ORDINANCE 90-01. AS AMENDED,

MANATEE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT GOAL 2.4, ADEQUATE & AVAILABLE PUBLIC FACILITES IN ALL DEVELOPING AREAS, The Developer has been issued a Certificate of Level of Service for Potable Water, Solid Waste, Sanitary Sewer, Transit Drainage, Traffic and Fire Protection, Objective 2.4.2., Concurrency.



Background Discussion
  • This is a single-family, private subdivision with 93 lots.
  • The Developer has posted performance bonds for the public and private improvements.
  • All common areas will be maintained by the Bridgewater of Lakewood Ranch HOA, Inc., or the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District.
  • The required utilities will be maintained by Manatee County once the final certificate of completion is issued.
