The name of this project is Intercoastal Medical Group at Lakewood Ranch. As a condition of the final site plan approval, an additional right of way was required to dedicate to the County.
The area for this dedication contains 5,839 square feet or 0.1340 acres, more or less.
The subject property is located at the northeast corner of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard and Rangeland Parkway.
