11.1.4 Efficiency in Service Delivery
Manatee County has an opportunity to apply for the FY 2016 EPA Building Blocks for Sustainable Communities Technical Assistance Program.
The Program would provide technical assistance through workshops with experts to help Manatee County with two important projects.
Both workshops would be two-day events including community meetings, small tours, and input from all stakeholders in the project.
The first project is 15th Street East. The EPA would hold a workshop on how our plans to revitalize the corridor could be done in environmentally conscious ways.
The second project would be the Rubonia Plan. The EPA would provide an informational workshop on how to make sustainable and long lasting improvements to this community.
