The FDOT will record the executed subordination of utility interests executed by Florida Power and Light, Frontier Florida Inc., and The School Board of Manatee County, as well as the County Deed presented in this agenda; however, Manatee County will be responsible as the owner to pay the costs of recording in the amount of $193.70 with a breakdown as follows: each of the three subordination is $52.50 and the County Deed is $36.20 which includes $0.70 for doc stamps.
