Authorization for the Transit Division Manager to execute an External Room Reservation Agreement with the State College of Florida (SCF) for the 2016 Tour of Lights to be held December 16 and 17, 2016.

The Ted Nowosad Christmas Tour of Lights is an annual event where MCAT buses tour local holiday lights, using SCF as a base location. The event takes place over two evenings and is available to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. Participants are asked to bring a donation in the form of toys or food in lieu of payment. The buses will start and end the tour from the SCF location. The Tour of Lights is scheduled for December 16 and 17, 2016. SCF charges $80.00 for use of their facilities.
Execution of the External Room Reservation application form and fee payment ensures that SCF bathroom facilities are provided for the Tour of Light participants and for the volunteers who collect gifts and non-perishable food items.
