Action Requested
Authorize the County Administrator or his designee to execute Change Order 2 to Agreement 15-2020JE, Construction Management at Risk Services for Tax Collector Annex Building, with The A.D. Morgan Corporation in the not to exceed amount of $5,112.14 and the addition of 14 calendar days to the project schedule.

Background Discussion
On October 26, 2015, the Board of County Commissioners executed Agreement 15-2020JE, Construction Management at Risk Services for Tax Collector Annex Building, with The A.D. Morgan Corporation at a not to exceed amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) for preconstruction services and the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and schedule for construction.

On February 9, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners executed the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Addendum to Agreement 15-2020JE, Construction Management at Risk Services for Tax Collector Annex Building, with The A.D. Morgan Corporation in the not to exceed amount of $2,573,135.73.

On June 20, 2016, Change Order 1 to Agreement 15-2020JE was approved by the County for Owner Direct Purchase of Roof Top Units from Trane, Inc., and Building Materials from Allied Building Products Corporation reducing the contract amount by $97,206.96 for a revised Guaranteed Maximum Price of $2,475,928.77.

Change Order 2 to Agreement 15-2020JE adds a County-initiated change in scope to revise the floor plan of the project to include the addition of a room for Concealed Weapons Licensing stations which are segregated from the other customer service stations. The cost for this change is in the not to exceed amount of $5,112.14 for a revised Guaranteed Maximum Price of $2,481,040.91. Change Order 2 adds 14 calendar days to the project schedule. The project will be reimbursed for this amount by the Tax Collector.
