  • Accept and Record Quitclaim Deed from East Manatee Fire Rescue District; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances executed by Robert M. Conley, Chairperson of the Board of Fire Commissioners of East Manatee Fire Rescue District.


Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes, Chapter 125, County Government. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
  • A 12'' force main is being installed in the right-of-way that is subject to this conveyance.
  • The existing lift station serving both the fire station and Gene Witt Elementary School will be re-routed through the existing 6'' force main and discharge to the new master pump station which will re-pump all wastewater flow from this region of Rye Road and Upper Manatee River Road.
  • This conveyance is subject to an FPL Easement that does not interfere with Manatee County's intended use.
