The County seeks to begin construction of a new water line that will connect dead end water lines from South Bay Blvd in the City of Anna Maria Island to Key Royale Drive in the City of Holmes Beach to improve water quality and pressure for residents of both Cities. Portions of the project will be constructed on Key Royale Drive, which is a public road in the City of Holmes Beach jurisdiction.
