Weldy and Manatee County for the El Conquistador Parkway and Bayside Drive Intersection; Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Park L. Weldy and Carol S. Weldy; Record Joinder and Consent from Bank of America N.A.; and Record Joinder and Consent from Cole Taylor Mortgage.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Chapters 125 and 127, Florida Statutes, Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasting vehicular demands.

Background Discussion
On June 17, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners executed a Permanent Easement Agreement from Park L. Weldy and Carol S. Weldy for property located at the intersection of El Conquistador Parkway and Bayside Drive. The Permanent Easement Agreement is for improved sight visibility and increased overall safety of motorists and pedestrians at the intersection of El Conquistador Parkway and Bayside Drive.
