Enabling/Regulating Authority
Chapter 125, Florida Statutes. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion

DDR Southeast Cortez, L.L.C., is required to dedicate a 1,476 square foot utility easement to Manatee County. This waterline will service the new LA Fitness location at 1005 Cortez Road in Bradenton.
