  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from RDG Holdings 2, LLC; and
  • Record Drainage Easement from RDG Holdings 2, LLC; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Robert D. Godwin, as Manager of RDG Holdings 2, LLC.


Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.4 addresses storm water management, flooding, and water quality.



Background Discussion
  • RDG Holdings 2, LLC, is required to dedicate a 10' wide permanent utility easement for access and maintenance for the potable water system.
  • RDG Holdings 2, LLC, is required to dedicate a 15' wide drainage easement for access and maintenance for the drainage area.
