Action Requested
Accept and Record Conservation Easement from Sun Hydraulics Corporation, for property located at 803 Tallevast Road, Manatee County, Florida; Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Sun Hydraulics Corporation.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Chapter 125, Florida Statutes. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 3.3 addresses protection, enhancement,and maintenance of natural land and water resources.

Background Discussion

A Conservation Easement was required in accordance with the Land Development Code to protect the wetlands on the property.

The area for this dedication contains 1.098 acres, more or less.

The subject property is located north of Tallevast Road and west of Pennsylvania Avenue.
