Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125, Comprehensive Plan Goal 11.5-11.7 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion

George Marinos Kokolis and Wendy Nordstrom Kokolis are required to dedicate a 127 square foot public utility easement for access and maintenance of utilities. 

A certified translation was required to authenticate the notary certification for the Permanent Utility Easement and the Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from George Marinos Kokolis.
