  • Accept and Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Darren Saltsberg, as Division President of D.R. Horton, Inc.; and
  • Record Permanent Utilities Easement from Darren Saltsberg, as Division President of D.R. Horton, Inc.


Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125 and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 - 9.2 address the sanitary sewer system.



Background Discussion
  • Soleil requires a Permanent Utilities Easement over all the roadway to maintain the water and wastewater facilities within this condominium development and access to the lift station.
  • The Soleil development is formally known as "The Enclave at University Groves."
  • This easement provides ingress/egress for the recorded Soleil West Plat and provides Manatee County access to the lift station.
  • The Soleil Condominium Plat has not yet been recorded.
