  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from Migueal B. Davis, President of Morrow Investors, Inc., as Manager of Venue Sarasota Investors, LLC; and
  • Record Ingress/Egress Easement from Migueal B. Davis,  President of Morrow Investors, Inc., as Manager of Venue Sarasota Investors, LLC; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Migueal B. Davis, President of Morrow Investors, Inc., as Manager of Venue Sarasota Investors, LLC; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Regions Bank; and
  • Execution and Recording of Subordination of Utility Interests and Agreement for Reimbursement for Additional Facility Relocations between Manatee County and Florida Power and Light Company.

Background Discussion
  • The Venue (condominiums) at Lakewood Ranch is required to convey a Utilities and Ingress/Egress Easement to Manatee County.
  • Additionally, Florida Power and Light (FPL) has executed a Subordination of Utility Interests and Agreement For Reimbursement For Additional Facility Relocations due to an existing FPL easement.
  • Construction of the Venue at Lakewood Ranch is almost complete.
