Background Discussion

Florida Administrative Code 27P-22.004 states the Chairperson of the Board of County Commissioners shall submit to the Florida Division of Emergency Management a list of the current Local Mitigation Strategy Working Group members, as well as the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, on an annual basis.
