Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125, and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1-9.2 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion

Keith 1, LLC, is required to dedicate an 11,174 square foot permanent utility easement for the installation and maintenance of utility lines and equipment for the Force Main 1D Rehabilitation Project # 6035781. 

The City of Bradenton has joined and consented to the aforementioned permanent easement as it lies within their existing easement at the North portion of Lots 3 and 4 within Plaza West.
