  • Record Pedestrian Easement from 6029 33rd Street L.L.C., and;
  • Record Conservation Easement from 6029 33rd Street L.L.C., and;
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Alisa S. Bennett, as Manager for 6029 33rd Street L.L.C., and;
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Sabal Palm Bank.


Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125, and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 3.3 addresses protection, enhancement and maintenance of natural land and water resources. Plan Goal 5.4 addresses bikeway and pedestrian systems, Plan Goal 9.4 addresses water quality, and Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.



Background Discussion
  • 6029 33rd Street L.L.C. is required to dedicate a 180 square foot easement for a 10' reclaimed water line and a 280 square foot easement for a 10' water line for ingress, egress, construction and maintenance.
  • 6029 33rd Street L.L.C. is required to dedicate a 3,960 square feet by 12' wide pedestrian easement for access and right-of-way for pedestrian traffic.
  • 6029 33rd Street L.L.C. is required to dedicate a 27,726 square foot conservation easement and a 24,290 square foot conservation easement to Manatee County.
  • The referenced easements are required as part of the approval for the Bennett Contracting Office and Yard project.
