  • On 09/19/2013 the Board of County Commissioners adopted the FY 2013-2014 budget that included funding for the above noted non-profit agencies.
  • FY 2014 funding agreements are needed at this time with the agencies to provide an appropriate funding mechanism and service level accountability for the current fiscal year.
  • Agreements specify that funding recipients must perform required levels of service and submit, among other items, proof of insurance.  Special conditions in the agreements provide for additional program specific contractual obligations.
  • Funded agencies are visited during the contract year by Community Services Department staff members conducting program and other site visits.  Monthly/Quarterly desk reviews are also conducted.
