Parkcrest Landings, LLC, is requesting a right-of-way vacation for previously platted unimproved rights-of-way within the parent parcel that will no longer be used for the proposed multifamily project to be known as the Parkcrest Landings Apartments. The right-of-way vacation requires vacating portions of Oleanda, Hibernia, Japonica, Mandesoto, Gardenia, and Wisteria Streets.
Parkcrest Landings, LLC, seeks to vacate unimproved rights-of-way located within the Floriana Court Subdivision plat to comply with its amended Preliminary Site Plan. The Preliminary Site Plan amendments include a change from 376 multifamily units to 400 multifamily units thus adding an additional 24 units.
Jurisdictional review by appropriate county departments and private utility companies serving the location to be vacated have been notified of the intention to file a vacation and have no objection. The vacation application complies with the technical requirements of the Manatee County Land Development Code and pertinent Florida Statutes.
All expenses associated with the subject application, its approval, and recording will be paid by the Applicant. Manatee County's application filing fee of $800 has been paid.
