  • Accept and Record Sidewalk Easement from Boos-15th Bradenton, LLC; and;
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Robert D. Boos, as Manager of Boos-15th Bradenton, LLC; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Mark Sheldon, as Vice President of T.D. Bank, N.A.


Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan-9.5 addresses the potable water system.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan-Goal 5.4 addresses bikeway and pedestrian systems.



Background Discussion
  • Boos-15th Bradenton, LLC, is required to dedicate an 84.2 square foot utility easement for access to inspect and maintain the potable water system and 116.1 square feet for fire hydrant.
  • Boos-15th Bradenton, LLC, is also required to dedicate a 305.8 square foot permanent sidewalk easement for ingress, egress, construction, and maintenance of a public sidewalk.
