Action Requested
Accept and Record a Permanent Utility Easement and a Permanent Sidewalk Easement from Rare Hospitality Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation; and Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Joseph Kern, of Rare Hospitality Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation for property located at 4502 14th Street West.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125 and Comprehensive Plan Goal 11.5-11.7 address the potable water system.



Background Discussion
Rare Hospitality Management, Inc., as owner of Longhorn Steakhouse, is required to dedicate a 10 foot by 17 foot area for a Permanent Utilities Easement for access to inspect and read the water meter and fire alarm; and is required to dedicate a 5.93 foot wide by 219.88 foot long permanent easement for a Permanent Sidewalk Easement.
