At the May 13, 2014, Work Session, Public Works staff will present an overview of how the 2011 Community Planning Act has changed what mitigation may be required when evaluating a project's compliance with County transportation concurrency regulations. The presentation will include a brief introduction, an abstracted example of how concurrency mitigation rules have changed, and some discussion of implications for Manatee County.
