Action Requested
  • Accept Trustee's Deed from Matthew T. Reagan and Wesley L. Reagan individually and as Successor Co-Trustees of the E.L. Reagan Residual Trust under the Will of Estell L. Reagan, and of the Esther R. Ferguson Real Estate Trust, and;
  • Accept Certification of Trust from Matthew T. Reagan and Wesley L. Reagan as the only Successor Co-Trustees of the Esther R. Ferguson Real Estate Trust under Trust Agreement dated April 30, 1996, and;
  • Accept Certification of Trust from Matthew T. Reagan and Wesley L. Reagan as the only Successor Co-Trustees of the E.L. Reagan Residual Trust under the Will of Estell L. Reagan, deceased, dated January 25, 1972, and;
  • Accept Affidavit of Ownership from Matthew T. Reagan and Wesley L. Reagan.


Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes, Chapter 125. County Government. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
